Using the General statistics reporting portal, you can create and securely send to the Bundesbank all reporting forms (transaction reports and stock reports) electronically. The system provides not only an overview of the reports already created but also the option of correcting reports that have already been sent.


The main advantages of the reporting portal are

  • High level of security
  • Clear menu bar
  • Data entry assistance (default options, plausibility checks etc)
  • No additional downloads or software licences required
  • Integrated interface to upload large files (upload your CSV files)

  • Third-party submitter option (they report on behalf of parties required to report: tax advisors, lawyers, notaries, parent companies etc)

Changes to the Foreign Trade and Payments Regulation  (Außenwirtschaftsverordnung) in 2013

Please note that, as of the reporting month July 2013, it will be possible to create and submit reports via the General statistics reporting portal (AMS) in line with the new system.

Enterprises and public authorities wishing to submit their reports relating to the AWV in electronic form require a company identification number and a regional code for the Bundesland.
