EBS - EFSF Bidding System

The Deutsche Bundesbank provides to the members of the “EFSF Market Group“ with the electronic auction platform EBS (EFSF Bidding System) to offer Bonds and Bills of the European Financial Stability Facility (EFSF) for sale by auction.

All necessary links to the user management in the Deutsche Bundesbank's ExtraNet as well as for the access to the EBS application are available under EBS access.

The Customer Service EBS is the main point of contact for any questions of the members of the "EFSF Market Group" concerning EBS.

Any questions of members of the "EFSF Market Group" concerning invoicing and delivery of auction transactions should be addressed to the Division Securies Settlement and Collateral Management.

Access to EBS / User management

Only members of the "EFSF Market Group" are able to access EFSF Bidding System (EBS) and to set up users in Extranet.
