EBS Bidding System

The Deutsche Bundesbank provides the members of the "EFSF Market Group" and the "ESM Market Group" with the electronic auction platform EBS for conducting auctions of Bonds and Bills of the European Financial Stability Facility (EFSF) and the European Stability Mechanism (ESM).

The Customer Service EBS is the main point of contact for any questions of the members of the "EFSF Market Group" and the "ESM Market Group" concerning EBS.

Any questions of members of the "EFSF Market Group" and the "ESM Market Group" concerning invoicing and delivery of auction transactions should be addressed to the Division Securies Settlement and Collateral Management.

Only members of the "EFSF Market Group" and the "ESM Market Group" are able to access the EBS Bidding System and to set up respective users in Extranet.
