IPS is in operation and support is available during the following times.
Access to IPS on business days: 08:00 -19:00
Business days: 08:00 -16:00
The Securities Settlement and Collateral Management Division is available to answer your questions about IPS on business days at the above hours. If any problems regarding IPS or ExtraNet arise outside of the support hours, please send us an e-mail or phone next working day.
