Access to KEV on business days: 08.00 - 18.00 (Frankfurt local time)
Business days: 08.00 - 16.00 (Frankfurt local time)
The Customer Service KEV is available to answer your questions about KEV on business days during the support hours. If any problems regarding KEV or ExtraNet occur outside of the support hours, please send us an E-Mail or phone the Customer Service KEV the next working day.
