BBS has the following operating and support hours:

Operating hours

Support hours

• Operating days: 08.00 - 17.00 (Frankfurt time)

BBS is integrated into the Deutsche Bundesbank’s ExtraNet and BBS operating hours are therefore geared to the operating hours of ExtraNet. During operating hours, the members of the Bund Issues Auction Group can call up statistical analyses of their bids and allotments for auctions that have been completed.

Customer Service (BBS) will be available to the members of the Bund Issues Auction Group every operating day between 08.00 and 17.00 (Frankfurt time) to deal with any queries relating to BBS. If any problems with regard to BBS or ExtraNet occur outside of these support hours, please e-mail or phone our Customer Service on the next operating day.
