Reports Z 10 to Z 15

Please note that the English reporting forms provided on the Bundesbank Homepage exist for information purposes only. Statistical reports to the Deutsche Bundesbank have to be transmitted using the German reporting forms.

The forms relating to Annex Z 10 to Z 15 to the AWV for reporting transactions with non-residents are given below in PDF and Excel formats including guidelines as Word documents.

Content of the report:

  • Annex Z 10 to the Foreign Trade and Payments Regulation (AWV): Securities and financial derivatives transactions with non-residents (for the financial institution's own account or for the account of customers)
  • Annex Z 11 to the Foreign Trade and Payments Regulation (AWV): Payments made and received for income on domestic securities
  • Annex Z 12 to the Foreign Trade and Payments Regulation (AWV): Incoming and outgoing payments in foreign travel: credit and debit card turnover
  • Annex Z 13 to the Foreign Trade and Payments Regulation (AWV): Incoming and outgoing payments in foreign travel: foreign banknotes and coins as well as foreign currency traveller’s cheques
  • Annex Z 14 to the Foreign Trade and Payments Regulation (AWV): Interest income and similar receipts from external assets (excluding income from securities)
  • Annex Z 15 to the Foreign Trade and Payments Regulation (AWV): Interest expenditure and similar outlays on external liabilities (excluding income from securities)

Procedure references

Parties required to report

Financial institutions

  • forms Z 10, Z 14 and Z 15 if the value of the transaction exceeds € 12,500 or the equivalent
  • forms Z 11, Z 12 and Z 13 (without reporting threshold)

Methods of submitting reports

  • in paper form (report forms Z 10 to Z 15 including explanatory notes)
  • via ExtraNet (electronic reporting system)

Reporting deadline

  • Annex Z 10 to Z 13 to the AWV: monthly report by the fifth day of the month following the reporting month.
  • Annex Z 14 and Z 15 to the AWV: monthly report by the seventh day of the month following the reporting month.
