Legal requirements give the Bundesbank’s Statistics Department the task of providing accurate, reliable and up-to-date statistical information which is essential for monetary policy decisions in the Eurosystem as well as for fulfilling additional core tasks of the Bundesbank.
Payments statistics
Please find the results of the survey of Statistics on Payments and Securities Trading, Clearing and Settlement in Germany 2007 to 2010 (as at August 2011) here. Data for reference periods 2007 to 2009 have been partly amended.

Reporting
Here reporting entities will find forms, reporting guidelines, circulars, formats of the XML-based reporting system XMW and information about submitting statistical and prudential reports via ExtraNet.
IMF Statistics
Here, you will find the macroprudential Financial Soundness Indicators (FSIs) developed by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) as well as more information about the IMF’s Special Data Dissemination Standard (SDDS), which is intended to enhance the availability of internationally comparable key macroeconomic data.

Here you will find a breakdown of the corresponding national data given alongside the euro-area aggregates for a range of key indicators.
