If, owing to a technical failure of TARGET2, a TARGET2 payment was not settled on the business day on which it was accepted and this resulted in an interest rate disadvantage for which you wish to submit a claim for compensation in accordance with the TARGET2 compensation scheme, please proceed as follows.

Fill in the WinWord form TARGET2 Compensation Scheme (claim form) and send it to the following e-mail address:

We would also like to ask you to print out the completed application form, sign it and send it together with applicable information and documents verifying your statements in the application to the following address:
