 rovide a platform for peer-to-peer exchange. \n\nThe course will include
  a mix of presentations and practical exercises. \n\nContents\nHR strate
 gy\, resource planning and corporate culture\nOrganisation and the role 
 of the Directorate General Human Resources\nHR instruments such as recru
 itment\, training\, staff development\, career planning\, the appraisal 
 system\, employee feedback\, performance assessment\, bonuses\, promotio
 n and job evaluation\nCompensation and benefits\nHealth management\nPens
 ion systems\nHR information systems\n\nTarget group\n\nStaff from HR uni
 ts of central banks. Participants should have good knowledge of the syst
 ems and procedures used in their respective institution to manage HR iss
 ues and are expected to take an active part in discussions\, drawing on 
 their own experience.
