 4\n\nObjective\n\nEmployees are the most important asset of any organiza
 tion\, hence managing human resources properly is critical to providing 
 an employee-oriented and productive work environment. This one-week cour
 se addresses a broad range of HR management aspects at the Deutsche Bund
 esbank and the Oesterreichische Nationalbank (OeNB) and aims to provide 
 a platform for peer-to-peer exchange. Topics include HR strategy\, resou
 rce planning and corporate culture\, as well as organizational and legal
  issues. HR instruments such as recruitment\, training\, staff developme
 nt\, career planning\, the appraisal system\, employee feedback\, perfor
 mance assessment\, bonuses\, promotion\, personnel marketing and job eva
 luation will be focused on strongly.\n\nThe course will include a mix of
  presentations and practical exercises and group works. Participants are
  expected to take an active part in the discussions\, drawing on their o
 wn experience.\n\nTarget group\n\nStaff from HR units of central banks. 
 Participants should have good knowledge of the systems and procedures us
 ed in their respective institutions to manage HR issues.\n\nRegistration
