DESCRIPTION:Objective\n\nGiven a highly dynamic\, complex environment\, e
 stablished practices and ways of doing are often no longer appropriate f
 or tackling arising challenges. In this vein\, Deutsche Bundesbank’s lar
 ge-scale transformation programme aims at adapting day-to-day business c
 onduct and implementing new approaches to strategy\, agility and innovat
 ion. This expert panel will provide insights on transformation and touch
  upon the most important aspects of strategy\, agility and innovation\, 
 giving participants the opportunity to discuss their own experiences.\n\
 nContents\n\n(1) Transformation at central banks\nFostering successful t
 ransformation in times of extraordinary change and challenges.\nTransfor
 mation at the Deutsche Bundesbank (“Wandel” programme): goals\, roadmap\
 , and organisational setup.\nLearning experiences in the programme to da
 te.\n\n(2) Strategy at central banks\nIntroduction to the interlinkages 
 of strategy\, portfolio steering and innovation.\nSetting up a new itera
 tive strategy planning process.\nStrategic implementation and steering u
 sing the OKR framework.\nLearnings and outlook on upcoming steps.\n\n(3)
  Innovation management at the Bundesbank’s InnoWerk centre\nWhat the Inn
 oWerk innovation centre does (objectives\, functions\, and services) and
  how InnoWerk fits into the Bundesbank’s innovation network as a service
  unit.\nPresentation of exemplary innovation activities and research com
 munity for the purpose of innovation.\nCollaboration with external partn
 ers and the ecosystem (start-ups).\nSpatial concept of InnoWerk\, which 
 supports collaboration within the Bundesbank with its hybrid setting.\n\
 n(4) Experience Innovation through practical examples and exercices\n\nT
 arget group\n\nThis expert panel is aimed at central bank managers and e
 xperts working in the area of strategy\, innovation & transformation or 
 related fields like controlling\, organisational development and project
  portfolio management. The expert panel will serve as a platform for the
  exchange of experiences and knowledge. Participants will be asked to ac
 tively contribute to the panel\, e.g. in the form of a presentation.\n\n
