Comment on 2021-01 With effect from 3 January 2021, the fixed exchange rate between the Libyan dinar and the special drawing right of LYD 1 = XDR 0.5175 was changed to LYD 1 = XDR 0.1555. The most recent exchange rates (buying/selling) after this decision which were known to us were 3 January 2021: EUR 1 = LYD 5.4279 / 5.4552 On the basis of the exchange rates at the end of December 2020 and 3 January 2021, the Libyan dinar experienced a devaluation of 69.8% against the euro.
