DESCRIPTION:Objective\n\nAs digital transformation accelerates\, cybersec
 urity has become a key element of resilience and good governance in cent
 ral banks. New technologies – such as cloud computing\, digital currenci
 es\, and interconnected payment systems – offer opportunities for innova
 tion but also introduce significant risks related to resilience\, data p
 rotection\, business continuity\, and financial stability.\n\nThis exper
 t panel provides a platform for national central banks to exchange exper
 iences on strategic and operational aspects of cyber security. The progr
 amme focuses on how governance\, risk management\, and long-term strateg
 ies can strengthen cyber resilience. Participants will discuss best prac
 tices\, case studies\, and challenges in aligning cyber security with ce
 ntral bank responsibilities\, digital transformation objectives\, and su
 pervisory frameworks.\n\nContent\nCyber security in the context of good 
 governance and strategy\nCyber threat landscape and emerging risks for c
 entral banks\nSecurity-by-design and resilience approaches\nCyber securi
 ty as part of business continuity\nCase studies on cyber incidents\, clo
 ud adoption\, and supervisory expectations\n\nTarget group\n\nExperts an
 d decision-makers from national central banks working in IT security\, g
 overnance\, digitalisation strategies\, or supervisory frameworks. Parti
 cipants should have at least an intermediate understanding of cybersecur
 ity and be prepared to share their knowledge with the group. The number 
 of participants is limited to 15 experts from national central banks. Ac
 tive participation is expected\, including a short presentation on natio
 nal experiences or approaches to specific topics in cybersecurity.
