  at the Bundesbank and the OeNB and aims to provide a platform for peer-

 ifferent perspectives\nChange management\nThe role of HR departments\nHR
  instruments such as recruitment\, training\, staff and career developme
 nt\, leadership and employee feedback\, performance management\, employe
 r branding\nCompensation and benefits\nHealth management\nDigitalisation
  in HR\n\nTarget group\n\nStaff from HR units of central banks. Particip
 ants should have sound knowledge of the systems and procedures used in t
 heir respective institution to manage HR issues and are expected to take
  an active part in discussions\, drawing on their own experiences.
