DESCRIPTION:Objective\n\nParticipants will have the opportunity to gain a
 n inside view of how the Bundesbank has organised its activities to comb
 at counterfeiting. The course will serve as a platform for discussions w
 ith experts from the Bundesbank and among the invited experts. Participa
 nts will share their experience while highlighting new trends and curren
 t challenges. \n\nContents\nOrganisation of the National Analysis Centre
 \nPractical issues: getting a feel for the experts’ day-to-day work\nDis
 cussion forum on new trends and current challenges\nSharing experience: 
 technical cooperation among central banks as a key factor in implementin
 g specific projects\nGroup work on specific topics and hands-on exercises
  with technical equipment\nPresentation of national perspectives in the 
 fight against counterfeiting of money\nCounterfeit coins\n\nTarget group
 \n\nThis course is designed for experienced members of central bank anti
 -counterfeiting units who require an in-depth understanding of effective
  techniques to combat counterfeit currency. Active participation is a ke
 y component of the program\, and attendees will be encouraged to contrib
 ute to discussions and present their own topics or case studies.\n\nPart
 icipants are expected to prepare a 15-minute presentation outlining the 
 counterfeiting landscape in their respective countries\, with a focus on
  the following aspects:\nThe organization and structure of anti-counterf
 eiting activities\nThe current state of counterfeiting in their country\
 nMajor challenges faced in combating counterfeiting\nTheir vision and st
 rategic outlook for the future
