  organisation\, managing human resources (HR) properly is critical to pr
 oviding an employee-oriented and productive work environment. This one-w
 eek course addresses a broad range of HR management aspects at the Bunde
 sbank and the OeNB and aims to provide a platform for peer-to-peer excha
 nge.\n\nThe course will include a mix of presentations\, discussions and
  practical exercises.\n\nContent\nHR strategy\, resources planning and c
 orporate/learning culture\nLeadership challenges from different perspect
 ives\nChange management\nRole of HR departments\nHR instruments such as 
 recruitment\, training\, staff and career development\, leadership and e
 mployee feedback\, performance management\, employer branding\nCompensat
 ion and benefits\nHealth management\nDigitalisation in HR\n\nTarget grou
 p\n\nStaff from HR units of central banks. Participants should have soun
 d knowledge of the systems and procedures used in their respective insti
 tution to manage HR issues and are expected to take an active part in di
