DESCRIPTION:Objective\n\nAs the digital transformation accelerates\, cybe
 r security has become a central element of resilience and good governanc
 e in central banks. New technologies – including cloud computing\, digit
 al currencies\, and interconnected payment systems – bring opportunities
  for innovation but also introduce significant risks related to resilien
 ce\, data protection\, business continuity\, and financial stability.\n\
 nThis expert panel provides a platform for national central banks to sha
 re their experience of strategic and operational aspects of cyber securi
 ty. The programme will focus on how governance\, risk management\, and l
 ong-term strategy can help strengthen cyber resilience. Participants wil
 l discuss best practices\, case studies\, and challenges in aligning cyb
 er security with central bank responsibilities\, digital transformation 
 objectives\, and supervisory frameworks.\n\nParticipants are expected to
  actively contribute during this panel\, for example by presenting and d
 iscussing challenges\, experiences\, and national approaches to cyber se
 curity.\n\nContents\nCyber security in the context of good governance an
 d strategy\nCyber threat landscape and emerging risks for central banks\
 nSecurity-by-design and resilience approaches\nCyber security as part of
  business continuity\nCase studies on cyber incidents\, cloud adoption\,
  and supervisory expectations\n\nTarget group\n\nExperts and decision-ma
 kers from national central banks working on IT security\, governance\, d
 igitalisation strategies\, or supervisory frameworks. Participants shoul
 d have at least an intermediate understanding of cyber security and be p
 repared to share their knowledge with other participants in the group. A
 ctive participation\, for example in the form of a short presentation on
  a national aspect of cyber security governance\, is required.\n\nPlease
  note\n\nA nomination is required in order to participate in our in-pers
 on courses. The number of participants is limited to 15 experts from nat
 ional central banks. Active participation in the form of a short present
 ation on national experience or approaches to cyber security is mandator
 y.
