DESCRIPTION:Objective\n\nGiven that employees are the most important asse
 t of any organisation\, adequate management of human resources (HR) is c
 ritical to providing an employee-oriented and productive work environmen
 t. This one-week course addresses a broad range of HR management aspects
  at the Bundesbank and the OeNB and aims to provide a platform for peer-
 to-peer exchange. \n\nThe course will include a mix of presentations\, d
 iscussions and practical exercises. \n\nContents\nHR strategy\, resource
 s planning and corporate/learning culture\nLeadership challenges from di
 fferent perspectives\nChange management\nThe role of HR departments\nHR 
 instruments such as recruitment\, training\, staff and career developmen
 t\, leadership and employee feedback\, performance management\, employer
  branding\nCompensation and benefits\nHealth management\nDigitalisation 
 in HR\n\nTarget group\n\nStaff from HR units of central banks. Participa
 nts should have sound knowledge of the systems and procedures used in th
 eir respective institution to manage HR issues and are expected to take 
 an active part in discussions\, drawing on their own experiences.\n\nPle

 erson courses.
