Readspeaker text-to-speech service

ReadSpeaker webReader is a service which reads website content aloud. You do not need to install any software to be able to use the text-to-speech tool.

The tool reads aloud the texts on the Bundesbank’s website, making content more accessible and aiding users who have trouble reading online texts. Among other things, ReadSpeaker can come in useful if, for instance, you wish to take notes while the software reads aloud particular passages.  The text is also highlighted in colour so that it can easily be followed – no matter which end device you are using.

Selected PDFs on our website can be read aloud by the ReadSpeaker docReader service.

The PDFs in question have a “Listen” button for you to click. When viewing lists on the desktop version of the website, the button appears when you hover over the PDFs with your mouse.
