KEV is in operation and support is available during the following times:

  • Operating hours
    Access to KEV
    Operating days: 08.00–18.00 (Frankfurt time)
  • Support hours
    Operating days: 08.00–16.00 (Frankfurt time)

The Customer Service KEV is available to answer your questions about KEV on business days during the support hours. If any problems regarding KEV or ExtraNet occur outside of the support hours, please send us an e-mail or phone the KEV Customer Service the next working day.
