Operating and support hours

CAP is in operation and support is available during the following times:

  • Regular operating hours
    Business days: 07.00–17.45
  • Instruction to apply for overnight credit
    until 18.15 or
    18.30 on the final day of a reserve maintenance period
  • Instruction for a fixed credit line
    from 06.40 and from 19.00 to 19.20 outside the regular operating hours

The Securities Settlement and Collateral Management Division is available to answer your questions about CAP on business days within the above-mentioned hours. If any problems regarding CAP or ExtraNet arise outside these hours, please send an e-mail to the Securities Settlement and Collateral Management Division or contact its team by telephone the next working day.
