Maßnahmen der stationären Rehabilitation sowie einer ambulanten Rehabilitation in einem anerkannten Heilbad/Kurort müssen vor Beginn durch die Zentrale Beihilfestelle anerkannt werden. Zur Prüfung der medizinischen Notwendigkeit der Maßnahme ist der Antrag zusammen mit der ärztlichen Bescheinigung auf Vordruck 2407 II im Original (Papierform) einzureichen. Bei einer Mutter/Vater-Kind-Rehabilitation verwenden Sie bitte den Vordruck 2408 mit der zugehörigen ärztlichen Bescheinigung auf Vordruck 2408 II.  Bei Rehabilitationsmaßnahmen am Wohnort (§ 35 Abs. 1 Nr. 4 BBhV), bei Rehabilitationssport (§ 35 Abs. 1 Nr. 5 BBhV) sowie bei einer Anschlussheilbehandlung (§ 34 Abs. 1 BBhV) ist eine vorherige Anerkennung nicht erforderlich. Eine ärztliche Verordnung ist ausreichend.
