EBS has the following operating and support hours:

  Operating days: 04.00–20.00 (Frankfurt time)
• Support hours
  Operating days: 08.00–16.00 (Frankfurt time)

EBS is integrated into the Deutsche Bundesbank's ExtraNet and EBS operating hours are therefore geared to the operating hours of ExtraNet. During operating hours, the members of the "EFSF Market Group" and the "ESM Market Group" can call up statistical analyses of their bids and allotments for auctions that have been completed.

Customer Service (EBS) will be available to the members of the "EFSF Market Group" and the "ESM Market Group" every operating day between 08.00 and 16.00 (Frankfurt time) to deal with any queries relating to EBS. If any problems with regard to EBS or ExtraNet occur outside of these support hours, please e-mail or phone our Customer Service on the next operating day.
