With the Collateral Management Access Portal (CAP), the Deutsche Bundesbank offers its business partners U2A online access to their own collateral pools (collateral account for BBk own-account transactions and deposit protection), including order placement. The aim of this document is to explain the functional scope of CAP to users in an understandable and clear manner.
