The European Central Bank and numerous Eurosystem central banks are merging their representative offices in Brussels into a shared hub. A team from the Bundesbank will also be stationed at the House of the Euro.

Im House of the Euro werden zukünftig die Europäische Zentralbank und zahlreiche nationale Zentralbanken des Eurosystems ihre Repräsentanzen haben. Zwei Aspekte stehen im Vordergrund: Zusammenarbeit und Sichtbarkeit. „Mit dem House of the Euro wurde ein Ort geschaffen, der die enge und vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit unter den nationalen Zentralbanken und der EZB auch in Brüssel sichtbar macht“, sagte Bundesbankpräsident Joachim Nagel im Anschluss an die offizielle Veranstaltung.
