Oktober 2025 erließ der EZB-Rat den Beschluss EZB/2025/30 zur Änderung des Beschlusses (EU) 2016/948 zur Umsetzung des Programms zum Ankauf von Wertpapieren des Unternehmenssektors (EZB/2016/16). Mit dem Beschluss wird das Rahmenwerk für Zwischenziele zur Emissionsreduktion für APP- und PEPP-Unternehmensanleihen rechtlich umgesetzt.
