Die Corona-Pandemie hat im ersten Halbjahr zur schwersten Wirtschaftskrise seit Jahrzehnten geführt. Das deutsche Finanzsystem habe sich in der Pandemie aber als stabil erwiesen und bislang seine zentralen Funktionen erfüllt, sagte Bundesbank-Vizepräsidentin Claudia Buch bei der Vorstellung des Finanzstabilitätsberichts 2020. Im weiteren Verlauf dürften vermehrt Insolvenzen von Unternehmen auftreten, dies erfordere eine ausreichende Vorbereitung.
