Im April 2014 wies die saisonbereinigte Leistungsbilanz des Euro-Währungsgebiets einen Überschuss von 21,5 Mrd EURO auf. In der Kapitalbilanz waren bei den Direktinvestitionen und Wertpapieranlagen zusammen-genommen Nettokapitalabflüsse in Höhe von 107 Mrd EURO (nicht saisonbereinigt) zu verzeichnen.
