Am 25. August 2023 erließ der EZB-Rat die Verordnung EZB/2023/21 zur Änderung der Verordnung (EU) 2021/378 über die Auferlegung einer Mindestreservepflicht. Mit diesem Änderungsrechtsakt wird der Beschluss des EZB-Rats vom 27. Juli 2023 umgesetzt, dem zufolge Mindestreserven mit 0 % verzinst werden.
