The German government has decided to mint a 2€ commemorative coin marking 1,275 years since the birth of Charlemagne, to be issued from 30th March 2023.

For many years the Directorate General Banking and Financial Supervision and Directorate General Financial Stability have organised the Bundesbank's autumn conference in Frankfurt on a rotating basis.

There are four different one-off issues (Federal bonds, Five-year Federal notes, Federal Treasury notes and Treasury discount paper as well as inflation-linked Federal bonds and inflation-linked Federal notes), which are issued by auction.

Bei der Veranstaltung „Nagel trifft Lehrerinnen und Lehrer“ hatten sie die Gelegenheit, geldpolitische Themen direkt mit Bundesbankpräsident Joachim Nagel zu diskutieren. Bereits seit 2013 findet dieser persönliche Austausch mit dem Präsidenten einmal jährlich statt.
