Zulässigkeit auch im Rahmen des Programms zum Ankauf von Vermögenswerten (APP) und des Pandemie-Notfallankaufprogramms (PEPP) möglich, sofern die programmspezifischen Zulässigkeitskriterien erfüllt werden. Beschluss gilt ab dem 1. Januar 2021.
