Der Ausschuss für Finanzstabilität ist das zentrale Gremium der makroprudenziellen Überwachung in Deutschland; er wurde Anfang 2013 durch das Gesetz zur Überwachung der Finanzstabilität eingerichtet und tagt regelmäßig einmal pro Quartal. Seiner gesetzlichen Verpflichtung nachkommend legt der Ausschuss dem Deutschen Bundestag hiermit seinen zweiten Bericht über die Lage und die Entwicklung der Finanzstabilität in Deutschland sowie über seine Tätigkeit vor. Der Bericht bezieht sich auf den Zeitraum April 2014 bis März 2015.
