Am 8. November 2022 beschloss der EZB-Rat, die Verfügbarkeit des EUREP-Rahmens (die am 15. Januar 2023 enden sollte) bis 15. Januar 2024 zu verlängern. Grundlage für diese Entscheidung war die Feststellung, dass die Bereitstellung vorsorglicher Euro-Liquiditätslinien über EUREP aus geldpolitischer Sicht noch immer geboten ist.

Der gewichtete Indikator der Kreditfinanzierungskosten für neue Kredite an Unternehmen stieg infolge des Zinseffekts um 32 Basispunkte auf 2,72 %; der entsprechende Indikator für neue Wohnungsbaukredite an private Haushalte erhöhte sich – ebenfalls aufgrund des Zinseffekts –um 21 Basispunkte auf 2,66 %.
