From 4 to 6 October 2022, the Deutsche Bundesbank had its own booth at the international trade fair for property and investment Expo Real in Munich for the purpose of presenting its Project Campus. In a podium discussion, Bundesbank Executive Board member Johannes Beermann, whose remit includes construction management, participated in discussions with Susanne Eickermann-Riepe, Chair of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in Germany, Dr Christoph Krupp, spokesperson for the Board of Directors of the Institute for Federal Real Estate (BImA), and Dr Patrick Adenauer, Managing Partner at Bauwens. The debate was moderated by Werner Rohmert, editor of the real estate magazine “Der Immobilienbrief” and Chair of the Working Group of German-speaking Real Estate Journalists.
