Overall negotiated wages rose by 2.9 % yoy in August 2026, compared with +⁠ 2.7 % in the previous month. At 3.0 % yoy, they were again raised more strongly than in the manufacturing sector (+⁠ 2.3 %).

In August, base wages (excluding one-off and special payments) rose by 2.9 % yoy, compared with +⁠ 2.7 % in July.
