Procedural rules for the processing of SEPA payments via RPS SEPA Clearer valid from 15 November2026

As of 15 November 2026, the following Procedural Rules will be valid for processing of SEPA payments in the SEPA-Clearer of the RPS.

The documentation is based on the following European Payments Council (EPC) Rulebooks:

  • SEPA Credit Transfer Scheme Rulebook, 2025 Version 1.1
  • SEPA Core Direct Debit Scheme Rulebook, 2025 Version 1.1
  • SEPA Business to Business Direct Debit Scheme Rulebook, 2025 Version 1.1

as well as the related implementation guidelines.
