Bundesbank increases risk provisioning
The emergency monetary policy measures taken in response to the coronavirus pandemic have impacted noticeably on the Deutsche Bundesbank’s balance sheet. Given the attendant risks, the Bundesbank has therefore stepped up its provisions for general risks.

Nachdem sich die Kreditbedingungen insgesamt in den drei vorangegangenen Berichtsräumen deutlich verändert hatten, blieben sie im aktuellen Beobachtungszeitraum von September bis November 2020 im Großen und Ganzen stabil. Gleichwohl lassen sich Unterschiede zwischen preislichen und nichtpreislichen Konditionen feststellen.
