Am 10. Mai 2019 erließ der EZB-Rat die Leitlinie EZB/2019/11 zur Änderung der Leitlinie (EU) 2015/510 über die Umsetzung des geldpolitischen Handlungsrahmens des Eurosystems, die Leitlinie EZB/2019/12 zur Änderung der Leitlinie (EU) 2016/65 über die bei der Umsetzung des geldpolitischen Handlungsrahmens des Eurosystems anzuwendenden Bewertungsabschläge sowie die Leitlinie EZB/2019/13 zur Änderung der Leitlinie EZB/2014/31 über zusätzliche zeitlich befristete Maßnahmen hinsichtlich der Refinanzierungsgeschäfte des Eurosystems und der Notenbankfähigkeit von Sicherheiten.
