Statistical data are published by the Bundesbank in the Statistical Section of the Monthly Report of the Deutsche Bundesbank and in the accompanying Statistical Supplements to the Monthly Report.

The Bundesbank’s Statistics Department is required by law to provide precise, accurate and up-to-date statistical information which is needed as a basis for the monetary policy decision-making process in the Eurosystem and in order to fulfil other key tasks of the Bundesbank.
