Das Panorama-Deck auf der 23. Etage des Emporio Towers war fast bis auf den letzten Platz gefüllt, denn ca. 400 hochrangige Gäste aus Politik, Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft waren der Einladung der Hauptverwaltung in Hamburg, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern und Schleswig-Holstein zum Jahresempfang gefolgt.
