Bei der Feier zum Wechsel im Amt des Präsidenten der Hauptverwaltung in Nordrhein-Westfalen würdigte Vorstandsmitglied Burkhard Balz den vormaligen Präsidenten Jochen Metzger und hieß den neuen Präsidenten Christian Otto willkommen. Metzger war seit 2001 Präsident der Hauptverwaltung, Otto trat seine Nachfolge am 1. Januar 2024 an.
