Am 30. November 2023 genehmigte der EZB-Rat die Einstellung der Nutzung von kurzfristigen Schuldverschreibungen als Sicherheiten im Rahmen der Leitlinie über zeitlich befristete Maßnahmen in Bezug auf Sicherheiten sowie die Einstellung einiger spezifischer Merkmale aus dem Rahmenwerk für zusätzliche Kreditforderungen (Additional Credit Claims – ACC), wobei beide Komponenten sehr geringe Auswirkungen haben.
