Application procedure

Application

Please apply online by clicking on the registration button in the course description. Should you encounter any problems applying online, please get in touch with our contact persons. Please note the deadline for application as applications received after this date cannot generally be considered. The questionnaire also serves as a criterion for selecting suitable participants.

Invitation letter

The official letters of invitation are e-mailed to the participants approximately four weeks before the course begins. Any further correspondence will conducted directly with the participants. Unfortunately we are unable to confirm acceptance in advance. Please refrain from making any queries in this regard.

Please note that there are only a limited number of places on our courses. If you have applied for one of the courses but cannot take part after all, please inform us in good time so that another applicant can take your place.

Visa

Participants requiring a visa to enter Germany are requested to contact the relevant German embassy in good time.

Number of participants

20 places are available for each course. For this reason, as a rule, only one person per country may be invited, unless the course description expressly indicates otherwise. In many cases, the number of applications exceeds the number of places available. In these cases, a selection will be made on the basis of the questionnaires which the applicants sent back.
