Die Mutter/Vater-Kind-Rehabilitationsmaßnahme muss vor Beginn durch die Zentrale Beihilfestelle anerkannt werden. Zur Prüfung der medizinischen Notwendigkeit ist der Antrag zusammen mit der ärztlichen Bescheinigung auf Vordruck 2408 II im Original (Papierform) einzureichen.
