Die Leistungsbilanz des Eurogebiets wies im März 2022 ein Defizit von 2 Mrd € auf, nachdem im Vormonat ein Überschuss in Höhe von 16 Mrd € verzeichnet worden war (siehe Abbildung 1 und Tabelle 1). Zur Berechnung der Benchmark, der Bietungsobergrenzen und des anzuwendenden Zinssatzes müssen Geschäftspartner, die an den TLTRO-III teilnehmen wollen, der Deutschen Bundesbank Meldedaten bestimmter ausstehender Kredite in Form eines Meldeschemas übermitteln. Zusätzlich sind diese Datenmeldungen von einem unabhängigen Wirtschaftsprüfer zu testieren.

Das Zertifikat ist mit dem Algorithmus SHA-256 von der Bundesbank Root CA 2015 II signiert und hat eine Gültigkeitsdauer von sechs Jahren.

The Bank for International Settlements (BIS) is based in Basel and was established in 1930. On 13 and 14 May, the Bundesbank invited motivated young people to its fourth Euro20+ event, held in Frankfurt am Main, where they discussed key economic and societal issues.
