EZB-Analyse der Stresstests 2018 weist bei bedeutenden Banken des Euro-Währungsgebiets auf eine verbesserte Kapitalbasis hin

Die direkt von der EZB beaufsichtigten Banken weisen eine verbesserte Kapitalbasis und höhere Kapitalpuffer auf als im Jahr 2016. Die endgültige durchschnittliche CET1-Quote für alle 87 Banken lag im adversen Stressszenario bei 10,1 %, verglichen mit 8,8 % im Jahr 2016. Für die 54 mittelgroßen Banken, die nicht zum Teilnehmerkreis des Stresstests der EBA gehörten, fiel die endgültige durchschnittliche CET1-Quote im adversen Szenario mit 11,8 % höher aus als 2016 (8,5 %).
