Im Februar 2019 wies die Leistungsbilanz des Euro-Währungsgebiets einen Überschuss von 27 Mrd € auf (nach 37 Mrd € im Vormonat).

Germany's net external position stood at €1,228 billion at the end of 2014, and thus amounted to around 42% of gross domestic product. The German net external asset position rose by €248 billion year-on-year. This increase primarily reflects Germany's current account surplus last year. Unlike in the previous year, the increase occurred against the backdrop of rising gross stocks, as it had done in the years before that.

Im Januar 2019 wies die Leistungsbilanz des Euro-Währungsgebiets einen Überschuss von 37 Mrd € auf (nach 16 Mrd € im Vormonat).

Im August 2018 wies die Leistungsbilanz des Euro-Währungsgebiets einen Überschuss von 24 Mrd € auf nach 19 Mrd € im Vormonat.

Im Juni 2018 wies die Leistungsbilanz des Euro-Währungsgebiets – wie bereits im Vormonat – einen Überschuss von 24 Mrd € auf. In den zwölf Monaten bis Juni 2018 wurde in der Leistungsbilanz ein Überschuss von 406 Mrd € (3,6 % des BIP des Euroraums) verzeichnet, verglichen mit 352 Mrd € (3,2 % des BIP des Euroraums) im Zwölfmonatszeitraum bis Juni 2017.

Im Juli 2018 wies die Leistungsbilanz des Euro-Währungsgebiets einen Überschuss von 21 Mrd € auf, nach 24 Mrd € im Vormonat.
