Comment on 1984-07-18	With effect from 18 July 1984, the New Zealand dollar was devalued. We recorded the following exchange rates (buying/selling rate): 13 July 1984: NZD 1 = DEM 1.7756 / 1.7404 18 July 1984: NZD 1 = DEM 1.4324 / 1.4040 On the basis of the above-mentioned rates, the New Zealand dollar depreciated by 19.3%.
