A currency conversion took place with effect from 1 July 2016. The former currency, the (old) Belarusian rouble (BYR) was replaced by the (new) Belarusian rouble (BYN) at the rate of 10,000:1. Exchange rates until 2015, see BBEX3:A:BYR:USD:CA:AC:A04.
Methodology
Calculated on the basis of mid-month and month-end rates; to calculate the annual average for 2016, the rates set in (old) Belarusian rouble were converted at a rate of 10,000:1 and included in the calculation.
