Controlling at central banks Course level II

The main goal of this course is to discuss ways of developing a functioning controlling unit//system at a central bank, starting with an overview of corporate controlling. Participants will discuss the connection between strategic planning and budgeting. Special attention will be paid to personnel controlling and other important instruments.

The course is designed for high-level employees from non-EU countries who work in controlling at their central bank. Participants should be familiar with cost accounting and budgeting. They will be expected to actively take part in discussions, drawing on their own experiences.
